Refunds policy
At Masstige Wellness Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. This refund policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding refunds in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Our Commitment to Quality We aim to ensure that all services provided by Masstige Wellness Hub meet your expectations.
2. Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy if our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
3. Major Failures If there is a major failure with a service, you are entitled to choose between a refund or a resupply of the service. A major failure occurs when the service:
Has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it.
Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
Creates an unsafe situation.
4. Minor Problems If the problem with a service is minor and can be fixed, you are entitled to have the service remedied within a reasonable time. If the service cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a refund or a resupply of the service.
5. Refund Process
Request: To request a refund or resupply, please contact us, Masstige Wellness Hub.
Assessment: We may ask you to provide details of the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs or statements).
Resolution: We will assess your request promptly and work towards a resolution that meets your satisfaction and complies with ACL.
6. Prepaid Packages and Gift Certificates
Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable. If you are unable to use your package or certificate, you may transfer it to another person.
In case of a major failure, as described above, you are entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the prepaid package or gift certificate.
7. No Refund for Change of Mind Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a service after it has been provided.
8. Exceptions Refunds or resupply of services may not be provided in cases where:
The dissatisfaction is due to personal preference, change of mind, or circumstances beyond our control.
The issue arises from misuse or failure to follow instructions provided by our therapists.
