Welcome to Masstige Wellness Hub. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

2. Payment

• Fees: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid packages or gift certificates are non-refundable.

3. Health and Safety

• Health Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the treatment. This ensures the safety and suitability of the services provided.

• Sanitation: Our facility follows strict sanitation and hygiene standards. All equipment and linens are sanitized after each use.

• Conduct: We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Personal Information: We collect personal information for booking and service provision purposes only. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Confidentiality: All client records and personal information are kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Liability

• Acknowledgment: Clients acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical contact and accept the inherent risks. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries sustained during or after the service unless it is due to our negligence.

• Insurance: It is the client’s responsibility to have appropriate insurance coverage, if necessary, for any medical issues that may arise from the treatment.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Modifications: Masstige Wellness Hub reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.

7. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
